Just back , Punta Cana
Just got back from a week in Punta Cana. Mostly resorts but
there is action to be found. Club call La Punta is the place to go.
Hot looking Dominican women. Age range 18-25 a few older.
I rate them 7 or higher. The down side is the price is locked in with the club owner,
$100.00 U.S. dollars get's you one of these hottie's for the night. For $20.00 more
you can take the girl back to your hotel (if they allow it). Otherwise, they have
private rooms behind the club. Another club to try is Pache Pache.
Same deal as La Punta, but the girls are not as friendly or attractive. About an
hour away, there is a town call Higuey.
Well worth the trip. Maranque Plaza (not sure of the spelling), has a wide range
of girls. Here $30.00 U.S. dollars will get you one of these ladies for an hour at
a local motel ($20.00), 1 block away. Other clubs in the area have the same type
deals.
If you want to hang with the locals, Club Mango back in the Punta Cana area is the
place to go. Lot's of local women. Some willing to give it up for free.

Bruce, Punta Cana is primarily a couples place but there's so many tourists there that the spillage is enough to keep about five hot spots jumping even in the summer off season. The city to travel to is Bavaro and ground zero for daytime action is Bavaro Plaza, an open air shopping center that has a humungus bar in the middle of the courtyard where they play salsa all day long.
It serves as a daytime pick-up bar for the locals. The girls who work the clubs at night stumble out of bed about 1 or 2 in the afternoon and go down to the Plaza to shop and to the Western Union to send the money they made the night before back to their families and they can't resist stopping by the big bar. For nighttime action La Punta is the largest with about 65 hot girls and Pachi Pachi is next with about 30. They all have rooms right on the premises, some for living and some for entertaining clients. None of the girls are from the area but rather the big cities of the south coast, Santo Domingo, La Romana, San Pedro and Higuey. This makes for good leverage when negotiating for their companionship because they know in two weeks they'll be on a bus back home with their period and they can't return empty handed.
Plus they aren't around long enough to develope a hard core attitude, the change of scenery seems to create a fresher attitude. Also at night are the tourist discos located in and near the All-Inclusives. Very similar to the Hi Caribe in mix of tourists and working girls and scale except there are about eight of them. Lots of Europeans and not much bang for your buck but they are a blast. Unfortunately they are also similar to the Hi caribe in that they don't get rolling until about 1 AM. Another bonus in the Punta Cana area are the beaches. The white sand and blue water are spectacular, water temp perfect, super clean, gentle waves, perfect flat area for endless walking, lots of palm trees and great for swimming. They could be the finest in the world (makes Boca Chica look like a toxic dump). Plus they go on for about 35 miles! One look and you'll know why everyone is flocking to this area of the DR. A great place to stay is the guest friendly Cortecito Hotel on Cortecito Beach about 5 minutes from Bavaro Plaza. For about $40 US you get a great room with 2 double beds, 48 cable channels and a cook to order breakfast down by the pool.
Bruce, your problem is that you are about 7-8 hours away by car or bus (plus the return trip). Puerto Plata and Sosua are OK but Punta Cana is drawing the cream de la cream chicas from the big cities of the South and you owe it to yourself to take a look. Too bad you can't pry Billy away from babysitting in PP. He has a couple of friends in Bavaro who keep tabs on the scene, one runs the power plant, and by the way - the power never goes out in Punta Cana.
