10.) Internet access on request -- note, in Colombia even local calls have access charges so there will be a nominal fee ($5.00 per/day) for use.

Software included for renters are Microsoft Office 2001 (includes Word, Excel, Entourage, PowerPoint), generic text editor and Photoshop 6.1. Of course Netscape and Internet Explorer.
